Thank you Travel Babbles for a great idea. I am going to choose small attainable goals that will not only aid in my happiness but help to create more of it!
Daily Goals:
1.Don't sleep past 9:00 a.m. (unless I'm super hungover!)
2. Only eat dessert once a day
3. Don't sweat the small stuff
Weekly Goals:
1. Go to the gym 4 days a week, I would say 5, but no reason to set myself up for failure now!
2. Talk to my family at least once on the phone, email my friends & chat with Catie at least a few times :)
3. Try to keep my complaining down to 1 day a week, versus 5
Monthly Goals:
1. Support my old man with his hockey playoffs and make life a little easier for him
2. Hopefully start packing to head back to the USA/get insurance info inline
3. Start eating a little healthier to lose a few lbs before the wedding
Yearly Goals:
1. Have a beautiful, memorable & fun wedding with my babe in July!
2. Get a work visa for Europe next year so I am able to make some money
3. Spend more quality time with my family when I get the chance
4. Laugh more, worry less, learn to take things in stride & keep smiling :)
